Dear Josey, I am writing to express my concern regarding the tax services I have been receiving. On February 13, 2024, I entrusted you with my tax documents with the understanding that they would be processed by the following Friday. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication from you or your office by the promised date. I revisited your office on February 20th, only to be advised to wait until the 23rd, extending the delay to a full ten days post the initial deadline. Regrettably, even after this extended period, my taxes were still not ready. During our last interaction, I sensed a significant level of frustration on your part. It is clear that there has been a misunderstanding or mishap regarding the expectations set for the completion of my tax filing. I believe it is important for customer expectations to be managed appropriately, and for commitments to be honored, or at least to be updated proactively if any delays are anticipated. I would appreciate it if we could resolve this matter swiftly. I am available to come and collect my documents at your earliest convenience. Please let me know a suitable time.
