I met with the owner to support black business. He assured me that he was capable of doing better than ADP. He passed my company off to one of his associates that had no experience with filing taxes correctly which cost me a $12,000.00 stabilization grant from the city. I came to a point of being disrespected by an unqualified, ill-informed, incompetent person who had no sense of accountability. Make sure you give them a rope before you decide to do business. They didn’t last more than two quarters with me.
