Worst experience ever! Met with Jacob to discuss our needs as a new business. Quoted us a price for annual tax preparation. Process took Months! Never received a bill then bam hit with late payment and finance charges before the taxes were even complete. Then when they finally finished our taxes in September they had business owners name spelled incorrectly and added $1000.00 to the final bill stating Jacob had extra work to do because of all the paperwork involved in the new business and then tried to sell me more services. He knew exactly what everything was when we sat down for the first meeting. After responding to the final bill of my concerns I received no response. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. This list of issues is far greater than what I’ve listed here.

Worst experience! Missed several documents that cost us more than $10,000 in debt to the IRS and then took zero responsibility for it.

We received extremely poor service. We turned in our tax information in the middle of February. By the middle of March, I was calling every week to see if it was done. First the answer was, we need to do our corporate clients first. Then the answer was, you're second or third in line. I called on April 12 and they said it was being reviewed, but not to worry, they filed an extension for us. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they did get it done. And then we got the bill. They charged us 33% more than last year without letting us know the price was going up. I will never use them again.

They were absolutely amazing for a few years and not terribly priced for a small business then I got a bill for over around $700 more than I was paying the previous years when my business got shut down during Covid and told my taxes will not be filed until I pay. No explanation as to why the bill was so high that year from previous ones. Did not make anymore or have anything extra for them. They actually had less to do because I was filing as single that year instead of married with another person on it too. A lady in the billing department allowed me to make payments and got my taxes filed for me thankfully. So unfortunately it was great until it wasn’t.

Friendly staff, easy to work with. Nikki and DeVon have gone above and beyond for us and I am so thankful to work with them and get our company needs taken care of quickly and correctly. Highly recommend!

We have multiple businesses that Bland & Associates have taken care of over the years. (Especially Danie Senske and Troy McKinney) They are not your typically accountants and are on the offense looking for ways to help save money on taxes or how to adjust for the following year. Everything from answering questions promptly (which is very important to us) to advising on 1031 exchanges or even other business referrals, Bland can service well! This year we had many complex, business transactions that seemed overwhelming to us and Danie Senske (Bland Tax Director) helped us keep it all super organized and told us what we needed to do at times and guided us with some great wisdom! Very nice people but extremely incompetent. They clearly have no interest in working with smaller businesss. Still working through issues from 2 years ago that they screwed up.

All I can say is DeVon and Nikki are the best and the reason I choose Bland. Their expertise must have saved me at least tens of thousands of dollars in tax obligations. Forget trying to do your taxes yourself. You will save much more using the experts.
