I was an existing client but this year I went weeks without any responses. I left multiple messages/e-mails, provided the requested/required documents for tax return preparation. I was even offered an in-person meeting but received ZERO reach-out or follow up, and the meeting did not take place. Really disappointing and unprofessional. Apparently they (primarily Rachel) are too busy to accept or maintain their current client base.
