My family attempted to work with Eric Wulff regarding a banking issue for a deceased loved one. Not only could Eric not be bothered to return any calls, Kelly Taylor seemingly actively worked against my family getting anything accomplished. The original will was lost by this office and never recovered, which made the issue even worse. Finally, we had to call the church at which Thomas Burke is employed to tell him that Kelly and Eric have ghosted us. It was then that Kelly called to admit to losing the will and that Thomas Burke had spoken with her. Very unprofessional and disorganized office.
