If there were 6 stars, Mark Cox would get that rating!! We have been having him prepare our returns for more than 15 years & he always goes above & beyond for us. I may only see him once or twice a year, but he is one of my favorite people!! Go to Complete Tax Service if you need peace of mind.

They do a great job & in past years have saved us money on taxes. Unfortunately in 2022 given the high rate of inflation and high taxation under the current Administration, we are taking a bath this year. It truly does matter who you vote for

The WORST. Travis made so many mistakes on our taxes and it cost us so much time and effort to fix such simple mistakes! I would call and leave messages and it took forever and a lot of calls to finally get a response. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Had an appointment with Nathan on 2/15/22, he needed to ask his father Mark a question who was at lunch and was going to check with him after lunch and would call us, it us now 2/18/22 night time (4 full days later)and we have not received a call, we have left 2 messages for this Nathan who will not call us back we have left a message for this guy named Mark who also will not call us back. They have our money and all our tax papers and will not communicate with us. Am going to file a complaint first thing Monday with the BBB and will also contact the IRS for guidance for filing complaint. I would urge anyone reading this, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Love these guys so much! My late husband had been going to them since before we were married and I still go to them, so we've been customers for more than 20 years! I've never had a tax return done by anybody outside of this business 😊 These guys know their stuff!! 💯 Highly recommend!! 🇺🇲

Being out of the country and my previous CPA went MIA so going on faith and stumbled across Complete Tax Service. Nathan was amaaaazing! He was kind, efficient and professional. Can’t get any one to call me back after filing our taxes over a month ago..Taxes were rejected.. i had to call to get an update no one bothered to call us. I have called numerous times to talk to Nate or his father and no one has called me back this is going on week #3. Next i am filing a report with IRS!
