Hired Kelly Baker CPA firm to represent us back in June 2020. I have never spoken to or been acknowledged by Kelly Baker the entire year plus a couple of months we were customers of his. Stephen and Taylor were who we dealt with so when Stephen informed us he was branching out on his own we felt it was in our best interest to move with him. LET ME TELL YOU HOW PETTY KELLY BAKER IS!!!!! He REFUSES to help us on anything from the past that had to do with his company. The only taxes his firm ever did for me were 2020 and guess what!!! I am being AUDITED. I called his office just to ask Laurie to help me get my supporting documents together because this is the first year I have ever not done my own taxes, and Mr. Kelly Baker is still so hung up on the fact that he lost business because he isn't personal enough with his clients that he is refusing to help me in any sort of way. Thank goodness we moved CPA's because I could not imagine having 10+ years into this man as my CPA and then get booted just because we didn't want to use his business anymore. If you needed to see a review to decide if you were going to use this company let this be it. I will say I have never had any accounting issues (Kelly never did our accounting), but I will say if someone does business like this I would NEVER trust them with my books.

My wife and I will be taking our business elsewhere after 10 years. Two times I have had an appointment or been asked to come in for something to no avail. The woman I was supposed to meet wasn’t there either time. The last cancellation was actually an hour before I was supposed to be there. I sent some qb files two months ago and let them know I needed them ASAP. A month later they finally asked for the password to get into the files! An entire month after I dropped them off! Then the poor customer service since then was just too much. I try to shop local whenever I can, but service I get from a lot of local businesses is just unsatisfactory. It’s very unsettling. I guess my 10k a year will be valued by someone else since they don’t have the ability/want to do things in a timely and respectable manner.
