When I moved here, I was really wanting to find a permanent CPA that I could use every year for my real estate LLC and personal taxes. Dan is NOT the one for me. I remember my very first phone call to his office and one of my questions was, "Is he too backed up to get to get to my taxes?" The receptionist said No. More than 6 months later, multiple phone calls, emails, 2 tax extensions filed, me swinging by the office to check on them and then finally I had enough. I showed up and demanded my papers so I could go elsewhere, they all of a sudden was going to get to mine that very week. They did start working on them and about a week later got filed. I'm still waiting on a phone call for an amendment that he was supposed to be working on for me, but I'm going to just give up on that $2000+ dollars. On a positive note, he is affordable, but 100% will not use him again.

Mr. Burton was kind enough to give me a free phone consultation and answer all of my questions I had for my upcoming business . He is very educated and left me impressed. We have been lead in the right direction and his office will definitely have our business in the near future!

I paid to have my taxes filed in February.. still have not been filed and its October. Ive emailed multiple times to try to get updates but no one will email me back. Negative Responsiveness

I'm new to town and have been getting letters from the IRS and didn't know what they meant. Dan Burton did a complimentary consultation to advise me on what the notices were saying and the next steps I should take to get the issue resolved. Dan and his staff were very nice and he was knowledgable and professional. They even got me a phone appointment the same day I called. I own a business and will definitely be using them for any personal or business tax needs in the future!

Quite possibly the worst CPA I’ve ever come across. Unfortunately found her off Dave Ramsey’s site, and figured I wouldn’t have any issues with her good reviews. After I realized it had been a few weeks that I submitted our paperwork for her to do our taxes, she still had not followed up with me about them being done. I had to continually call her for a week talking to the front desk receptionist to tell me she would call me back to see if they were done (which the receptionist never did or just said no they’re not with no follow up information). After I told the receptionist that I’d pick up my documents after over a month of no action, Stephanie called me back 10 min later to say she’s sorry that she didn’t know I had a time line. What the heck?! I didn’t know I needed a time line for you to get your work done in a timely manner! I’ve had other companies get my taxes done in a day or two at most. I’ve told my friends and family to stay far away. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
