I’ve never been one to bash any business but this CPA office has been extremely disappointing and overpriced. Would not recommend and I won’t be using them again

I had done my taxes with this company for 8 years. I submitted my taxes the first week of February. On March 26 I received a texting telling me what the results were and that someone would be in touch in a few days. On April 17th my mom contacted saying the tax company left me a message at their home. First of all I don’t live with my parents, the tax company has my contact information from the other 8 years I had done my taxes. I fill out a form EVERY YEAR WITH MY CONTACT INFO. I called them on April 18th indicating the issue from taking 6 weeks to do my taxes to not giving me any information for a month. I said I am not paying you have not provided me with a service. Their response due to their negligence. I could go pick up my paperwork they were not going to file for me. Super glad I used you for 8 years. Customer service today is HORRIBLE. No accountability, completely incompetent.
