All my initial information was thoroughly reviewed with clarifying questions asked. My own questions were answered thoroughly with good explanation I could understand. In addition, I appreciated the expertise evident in dealing with some complex tax issues with a family business. This also helped with determining best long-range choices vs mere filling in forms. Very pleased with work done and efficiency it was done with.

I’ve appreciated the stellar service of Jeff and his staff over the many years he’s done my taxes. 2024 was no different. His office manager contacted me immediately in response to my question about a time-sensitive matter. This enabled me to quickly submit my documentation for several items. Result? My tax returns were electronically submitted earlier than previous years and voilà, my tax refund arrived quickly at my bank. Job well done!

My husband and I contacted Jeffrey to do our taxes. His rating on google was outstanding, now I noticed those are all from 4 years ago. I used to do our taxes myself but last year my husband started his own business and I realized I would not be able to do them myself this year. At first things went well. We liked that things were done online so we didn’t need to go into an office. However communication has since been horrible! We have tried emailing, putting a note in the portal they use and calling. It’s been over a week since the email, about a week since I put a note on the portal and a phone call where my husband left a voice message over 24 hours ago. We have not gotten any responses. There was another email that I sent a while ago and never got a response. It was not important for this tax season and I figured they are probably pretty busy right now so that could wait. But now, taxes are due in 2 weeks and I haven’t been able to get ahold of him. Now we will have to file an extension and find a new accountant.

I like Jeffrey enough that I make monthly payments to him to take care of my taxes. After setting up my accounts and a quick tutorial on Quick Books online, I was up and running. This is the second year he will be doing my taxes and I feel better having him do them for me as most of my life I have done them myself. But now that I am self-employed, I needed a CPA and Jeffrey and his staff take good care of me.
