Our business had been using ADP for 10+years. We had ADP RUN for the majority of it, then made a big switch to ADP Total Source for almost 2 years. Being a small/mid-size business ADP always felt impersonal and difficult to get ahold of. Making the switch to Icomp was the best decision we made for our business last year! Icomp has provided us with the quickest support for anything that comes up, and has always had resources for anything they couldn't help us with directly. Their payroll platform is completely customizable so you only have what you need when submitting payroll, which helps so much for a business that has salary, hourly, and commission based employees. Robert and Samantha made the transition so easy and seamless, we are forever grateful! I have been with IComp Payroll for about a year now and I am very happy with the service. If I need something I get a response right away. I have used one of the other big box store payroll services in the past and I was always getting hit with hidden fees and constant price increases. At IComp the pricing is fair and you have the piece of mind knowing that your business needs are being taken care of. The owner and his team are top notch and I have no regrets.
