My husband and I paid a lot of money to have our taxes done last year. My husbands taxes ended up being filed late. Our appointment was in February. My taxes were filed the day we were there but my property taxes were not filed on time. I was ignored nearly every time I would try to reach out to get the issues we had resolved. We had to fight to get penalties waive with the IRS due to things not being filed on time. It was all around absolutely infuriating. We chose to have our taxes filed elsewhere this year, and had a much better experience and paid less than half of what we were charged for a job that was not done timely. We would not recommend this business for filing taxes.
