These are great people! They helped with setting up our small business a few years back and I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to accounting and taxes. I’m terrible with all that stuff. They’re very patient and answer any and all questions that I have. Very responsive to emails, calls, etc. They aren’t the cheapest around, but they are also very reasonable with their pricing and well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone looking for accounting services!

I had gotten some notice from the IRS I needed help with and they said they could help. Dropped it off and heard nothing. Called every few days and they told me they would call me back later that day. Month later they said they didn't have time and call in a few weeks. Started calling again and again was told repeatedly someone would call me back that day. Over 3 months past. Finally went to their office and was just told to send a letter to the IRS. Sounded like I was bothering them. They should have just told me they didn't want to help with it in the start instead of stringing me along for over 3 months. If you need your accountant to be available to your needs I'd definitely look elsewhere.
