They are a terrible company to put your trust in. We used them for our taxes and they didn’t even file them?! And then when I called them multiple times over a THREE month period and tried to stop in their office, nobody will return my calls and their doors are never open. Don’t use them unless you want to get scammed.

I walk in to hundreds of businesses a year as a direct marketer. I meet even more at their homes. As a business man who aims to provide customer service, I was blown away with how rude I was treated when I walked in to the office. I was literally speechless. If you’re too busy that you have to be awful to someone who walks in your door, you should hire a receptionist. Unless of course the woman I spoke with was the receptionist, maybe whoever else is in charge might hire a new one.
