We got in for an appointment in a timely manner. And Rochelle was very helpful and knowledgeable with our taxes. They were finished on the same day

Update: Google will not allow me to remove a review so I will add that we spoke with the manager and felt that this was made right. They have been generous in their efforts to make up for our experience and we were pleased with the follow up we have received since. Integrity tax was recommended to us by a friend who is also a client, and we used them for our 2022 taxes. We found the communication to be lacking, and there was an error of almost $10,000 made on our tax return, which caused us to have to owe that amount back after we had received it about a month prior. They also got my name wrong on our tax return (which was also my fault for not noticing). I think the cherry on top of this poor experience was that we had to pay a fee to re-file our amended return once they corrected their error, and Integrity Tax refused to pay that, even though it was not our fault. Will not be using them again.
