One of the worst place to file the tax returns. At first, they filed it wrong and then try to prove us wrong even though we have a proof of email that we sent all of the documents. When went to his office, he wasn’t there and we had to wait 40 mins outside of his office. I literally went to office to show him the document that he missed. When asked the accountant to amend our taxes (since we got a letter from IRS, the accountant told us that’s it’s a regular doc from IRS that shows why they paid us less, even though the letter clearly states reasons that he missed), he told us that he will do it in a day or two. After few days, he started to ignore us and then texted me saying “it’s not my mistake so figure it out yourself, I’m not going to file amended tax.” Worst place ever, I would not recommend it to anyone because you have to file amended tax anyways and pay extra fees because they will mess up your taxes at first and then start ignoring you when you ask them to fix their mistake.
