Brian and staff are awesome. I love the convenience of being able to drop in the box, since we live in Midland and both work. We switched 3 years ago, and it was the best thing I did. First time I had someone sit down and talk about what we could do to not pay in constantly. I highly recommend.

It was an odd experience. I was going to them with assistance for my father's taxes who recently passed. Over the phone I told them there might be a need for an extension due to not having all his documents and I am still waiting for the letter of authority. She said that it is probably not needed and to just stop in as they don't set up appointments. So I got the day off gathered everything I could and went in. She then said to just drop off the documents I would not be able to to meet with anyone and in no uncertain terms they would not file an extension for new customers.

The service was quick and easy. He didn’t bat an eye when I said that I needed 4 years worth of taxes completed ASAP for court. He know his stuff he’s my “go to” from here on out!!!

Brian, et al blew me off for two weeks only to call and tell me he was going on vacation and won't get back to me for another two weeks. My family and I have been clients for decades. Makes me worry how available he'd be if I were to be audited! But hey, enjoy the vacation you kinda earned it.
