Dishonest people, or at least don't keep their word. Called them up to ask about filing my state return and amending my federal. Receptionist told me they don't really give quotes, but that it would be about $75-$100. Go in to pick them up and they say I owe $250. Huh? Mentioned the difference and she acted clueless. She said he has you down for $125 for each. I said okay, that's exactly what we discussed at length on the phone. He did nothing more. When I brought up the phone conversation, she tried saying she never told me that on the phone. Said she would have only said it would be at least $100. Then wanted to charge me more for paying with my card.
