-10 - AVOID at all costs. Have known Brandy for years so trusted them. Did all of our business taxes for 2 years then covid hit, then they moved. Then Tommy was sick,, then Jason died. Excuse after excuse... Come to find out Tommy has not filed anything for us in 5 years. Have been trying for 2 years to get my records back, Will not return my items, does not answer phone, number disconnected, Cancelled every appointment I have had. Have been told since the beginning of the year everything was done. Have driven there at least 50 times and closed. Have filed with police, prosecutor, Attorney general, talked to FBI and IRS. These people are criminals... I can share 2 years of texts if needed. They need to be locked up

I've known tommy and his whole family my whole life. I lived a block away and his dad did all of our taxes every year and Tommy has followed in his father's footsteps to give u the very best accounting that he can .. let him take care of all your needs u won't be disappointed...,

This place is a joke!! My 87 year old Mom had her taxes done there, her deceased husband had a small business that she wanted him to dissolve. He told her he could do that, he never did!! She was only to pay $39 for taxes but he never filed the paperwork. I have been dealing with this place trying to get some answers, like everyone else, I NEVER got any results. Tom said he would pay any penalties she incurred and to drop the notice she got last year that she now owed $497 in the slot in the door. Now, she owes $2100. She lives off SS and has not much in her savings, she CANNOT afford this. I went there on Sunday because they have a LONG note on the door. It gave the business phone and Tom's personal cell number. No answer at the business and Tom's number is not correct, Verizon comes on and says the number you dialed is not correct!! WTH do I do now?? My mother is in poor health and has spent many, many days and nights worried about this, there is really nothing else I can think of doing to get this resolved.

Really looked forward to building a great business relationship with Falasz, but unfortunately they chose the opposite. They have not filed taxes of mine that they said were filed, will not give my 2023 taxes back at all so I can take them elsewhere, they never asked the IRS for extensions when they missed deadlines even though I was told that they did. Now I owe TENS OF THOUSANDS in penalties and interest due to their negligence. Thank you Tom and Brandy for wasting my time and ruining my life. You could have easily made this right by all of us and you made the choice not to.

Ive never had problems with them until this year. They told me 1 week then turned into 1 month after calling once a week. I told them take it out of my tax refund to pay them which I do every year. I go there to sign and they told me $80. When I had something they told me itd be an extra $100 because of my banking institution. I told them they have never mentioned a $100 fee at all. Ive been double g it this way for the last 3 or 4 years and not once has anyone mentioned that fee and that it would now be $180. This year t h ey were rude and normally they are very helpful and pleasant to go through.
