hi it's ok my name is jardel i did my tax with the pro tax house i had several bad experiences, the (nelli the owner) error in my tax forgot to put almost 50 thousand that i had won, i was edited i received the fine, i had to pay her again to redo my tax, I paid and until today I have not received the letter from the IRS my tax is for 2020, I always call him try to solve my problem they never solve it, when he thinks about helping he wants to charge I already paid 200 to do it, 65 to resend the copy of the document, it would be 2 social photo and driver's license and another 85 to redo my tax for a mistake he made, they only talk about money when they add it, rude employees do not admit the fault, find it easier to blame the next one, cecilia more polite respect for customers, very sad with the way you did to me waiting almost 2 years to resolve my situation and so far nothing, it's a fin ☹️😟 oi tudo bem meu nome é jardel fiz meu imposto com a pro tax house tive varias experiencias ruins, o (nelli o proprietario) erro no meu fiscal esqueci de colocar quase 50 mil que tinha ganho, fui editado recebi a multa , tive que pagar ela de novo para refazer meu imposto, paguei e até hoje não recebi a carta do IRS meu imposto é de 2020, sempre ligo para ele tentar resolver meu problema eles nunca resolvem, quando ele pensa em ajudando ele quer cobrar eu já paguei 200 pra fazer, 65 pra reenviar a cópia do documento, seriam 2 foto social e carteira de motorista e mais 85 pra refazer meu imposto por erro que ele cometeu, só falam em dinheiro quando acrescentam, funcionários mal educados não admitem a falha, acham mais fácil culpar o próximo, cecília mais educada respeito pelos clientes, muito triste com o jeito que você fez comigo esperando quase 2 anos para resolver minha situação e até agora nada, 🙁😣
