I've been working with Carlos and the Alpha Tax team for about 3 years now. They took on my business during the pandemic just before tax season. My books were unorganized, they balanced everything, set up my payroll, and fixed my 2019 taxes as well as filed my 2020 taxes that same year. Having an accounting team like this has helped our company take many steps forward in getting better organized and growing.
If you need an accountant for your personal or business taxes I highly recommend hiring Alpha Taxes . I’m so thankful that I found Carlos who has been doing my personal and business taxes for the past 10 years. He is organized, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Carlos and the staff at Alpha Taxes. Carlos has been doing my wife and I's taxes for years, and he has always done an excellent job. I submitted my documents last night to him at around 8pm and my tax return was complete/submitted by 8:30am today! Last year I received a letter from the IRS, which had me very nervous. Carlos quickly amended my return based on information I had failed to give him during the previous years tax filing, and fixed the issue. HIGHLY recommend!
Carlos doesn't ask you enough question to make sure he has all the information he needs in order to get the best outcome on your taxes. After setting down with him for 10 minutes he ask me how I want to pay for his service then I ask him if he included my kids college information in my taxes and he replied that he forgot about that (this make a big difference on my taxes) I don't recommend this tax office for your taxes and is very expensive anyway.
