I walked in to Ryan & Coscia hoping to become a client! Aspiring small business owner & fairly standard tax return for myself and wife. Received a warm welcome, and was instructed to bring tax returns. I brought everything in, had one quick phone call, but I followed up a couple times and unfortunately was never contacted again. I called a couple times and was promised I'd receive a call back, but never did. I decided to look elsewhere rather than "forcing" it. I do feel odd about them retaining my tax returns without contacting me.
