After 10 years having my small LLC's return prep satisfactorily done by the same firm, my daughter recommended her company's tax accountant, Progressive Accounting. Before that, I didn't know what I didn't know about the differences between tax preparers. Notably: x-ray attention to detail. Every detail. Doing things right, not just expediently, to avoid even the most improbable audit issues. BTW, the cost was less than I would have paid my prior preparer. Without hesitation I recommend Progressive to other businesses.

Marc is simply the best. He has been taking care of my business and personal taxes for years, as well as the business bookkeeping. He does impeccable, expedient work with excellent rapport. He takes his time to explain everything thoroughly and makes time to answer all my random questions that come up through the year. All this for extremely fair pricing! I can't recommend him enough.

Marc has been doing my taxes for years, both when I was a small business owner, and as an individual after I changed careers. My tax returns (as well as the 1099s that his company sent out to my contractors every year) were always submitted to the IRS on time, without need of extensions or revisions. His work has always been painstakingly thorough, checking everything twice, and asking just the right questions to make sure I got the most out of my deductions. I have been extremely satisfied with him as my accountant, and have referred several people to his company including my parents. To put it simply, Marc is incredible. Whether warmly answering my questions and concerns with knowledge and ease, clarifying certain ins and outs of complicated tax matters (especially in terms of being an independent contractor), or giving key guidance to get through what seemed like a tax maze to me, Marc is a godsend. He is patient, always friendly, generous, and reassuring. If he doesn't know the answer to something, he will always tell you where you can go to get that answer. Some advice we asked of Marc was both crucial and significant to my wife and I purchasing our home, and his rates are extremely fair. You can do no wrong with having Marc Drinkwater and Progressive Accounting handling all of your tax-related needs. You will not regret it!
