The worst experience I have had with an accountant. Jack Wan is arrogant, condescending, impatient, makes promises to be available then does not respond to emails or phone calls. He went on vacation before tax filing due date and said he would have to extend filing. When questioning his practices he becomes unhinged. Each of two years he has provided the return, he has to retract and resend the documents. I have a wonderful accountant now whom I trust and can depend on.

I contacted this CPA firm and scheduled a meeting. I was highly disappointed when the date came and no one showed up to my office. I called their office and left messages and no one responded.

Jack is really thorough and does a great job making sure your understand what hes doing and why hes doing. Great help for our business and personal tax returns.

Mr. Wan did a great job with our tricky overseas taxes. He also included tax planning for the next year and helpful advice for financial planning. I use Jack for my business and personal taxes because he is the most knowledgable accountant I have ever known. There are no questions Jack couldn't answer off the top of his head. He even drew out charts and diagrams to help explain things. He is also very responsive to calls and emails. Jack will take care of all your accounting needs!
