I had a good experience initially, but it's gotten worse. They prepared the taxes OK, but the communication and service was so bad that I wouldn't return. It was like pulling teeth to get people to explain things, reply to messages, and do what was needed.

Update 3 years later: I’m being audited by the state of Maryland because they claim they cannot verify my Tex documents filed by this firm and I now owe a significant amount of money. I cannot stress how little I recommend this firm. They performed the basic accounting services but were generally unresponsive, rude, and failed to properly explain what was going on with my documents and my tax returns. Due to improper filing, I ended up owing the state of Maryland over $6,000 and waited 8 months for a return. I was only able to reach someone past the front desk when it was time to pay the state of MD. Save yourself the headache and file elsewhere.
