Jennifer was awesome! I just moved to the area with a small business and I needed help figuring out how to approach moving it to Maryland. Jennifer walked me through what some of my options would be and clearly outlined which parts were tax related and which parts were legal related. I had a wonderful consult with Jennifer and was excited to start working with them. I let them know a couple days later I was ready to do so. I was told I would be onboarded the next week. It's been almost 3 months and not only did I never get anything about being onboarded, but I've gotten no replies to my emails. Very disappointing.

Tons of knowledge and great systems account for a comprehensive tax experience. I used them for the first time last year and the tech they bring into the process was a little overwhelming at first, but the team got me through it and consistently provided value throughout the year with emails that dropped serious knowledge about governmental changes that will impact me and my financial outlook.
