My accounting firm for several years until my accountant had some health problems. They tried to fill the void with others, but poorly. I had to transition away. When it was time to transition, they intentionally cut off my quickbooks account that I had paid for until the end of the month. So I had to fork over extra money to quickbooks to get it back. So just know that these people will treat you dirty when you don't have any more business for them. I think they are very understaffed now anyway. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Needed a copy of returns from a few years ago to close a loan... literally minutes passed before receiving all the info I needed for the underwriter. Professional and very timely BK Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism

We got our 2019 taxes done by Lenny Gant from this office. We were new to Louisville at this time. First time having to have a CPA help us through taxes. Lenny was quite hit or miss when responding to questions in a timely manor if at all. We felt as though we were low on his list of priorities or customers list and he was trying to lose us as a customer. I was going to not even bother leaving a bad review for this office and Lenny. Until I just opened my mail from the IRS with an adjusted tax owed from 2019 statements for 1300 dollars. That was the last straw. We will not being using this CPA firm and will steer people clear of this place. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I dropped off all my documents for taxes to the office on March 2020 and hoping to have it done by 4/15/2021, so many phones calls had made and hard to get in touch during pandemic. After talking to Jennifer on June, she finally done on the the due date 10/15/2021. And I have to take off half day in the morning today to pick up and post mark today, thats not nice. All the ladies I spoke to on the phone are nice, but the speed of work I am not a fan of, dont think I will go back or recommend this office to anyone. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

Mr, Bennet is my new accountant, he looked at my 2016 returns and found they had been done incorrectly. He filed them and I am expecting a refund on those!
