Man! Nisa is such a pleasure to work with. I'm a process thinker and she has a solid digital process of accepting uploaded financial documents, digital review, calendar reservation process to schedule calls and e-filing. Nisa has a very efficient system and she's very timely in completing your tax file. I also appreciate that she goes slow with her answers to questions and explanation of concepts that I don't know because I'm not the tax expert. She is. And don't we all need people who allow for our ignorance to ask dumb questions and show us the grace of not speaking to us like we're dumb? Nisa is wonderful in that way.
