Very bad experience with Sandra Taxes, terrible service, they are only open during tax time, take note because the IRS sends you letters the rest of the year and they do not help you solve your problems. Besides, they have no experience because they supposedly have 30 years of experience and They made mistakes when preparing my taxes and I had a big problem due to poor preparation

If I could give it less than one star I would. My mother went in January to have her taxes done. Its the end of April and he hasnt received a single cent. She had to call (in March) to see what was happening because she didnt even go to tell him anything about her taxes. In the end they threw something at him about what his son did, I dont know what and I dont know how much. I looked up my moms information with the IRS and they said they didnt receive anything. This makes me angry because first of all he charges a lot to do nothing and secondly it seems like he is hiding from people. Now he comes out with the nonsense that it is closed and that he went on vacation that he really needed and probably with the money that he is stealing. What kind of person are you Sandra? And let me tell you that it not only happened with my mother but with other people I know. What a disgusting person who is stealing from his own race and taking advantage of people. DO NOT GO WITH THIS RATER!!!

I am not satisfied with their services, I have tried to communicate many times and they never answer the phone 😒😒.

Did taxes with them for the past 3 years now. They have increasingly declined in services. I understand the pandemic and them refusing to hire help, however they have reached the point where they aren’t answering their emails or calls and refuse to update any customers about their money. I filed mine in April and haven’t received an update or my return and my sister filed in March and has not received anything either. Don’t recommend
