I filed taxes with Jon last year and was very pleased. This year however I filed with him almost 7 weeks ago and got told by the IRS yesterday there’s no record of me filing. I’ve been trying to call, email, and I’ve stopped by the office and I can’t get Jon to get back to me at all. Now I have no idea what my status is or if I’ll ever get my refund. So not only was he expensive to file with now I have nothing to show for it and am probably late on my taxes.

Jon was really nice and helped me and my husband file our taxes quickly and professionally. We love family owned businesses so it was nice that he was so welcoming. He was very helpful breaking everything down and we appreciate him so much. We will most definitely be back :)

I have been a loyal customer of Jon's for years. This year, though, because of a misunderstanding, my tax return is going on 5 weeks and still not here.. Everyone else I know who e-filed has gotten their returns. So let me warn you that if there is a problem, you can expect to have your taxes delayed or possibly no return at all. When I asked Jon about it, he blamed the IRS. These days, you can get tax software and do it yourself. I chose to be loyal, and for my trouble, what used to take a week or so has turned into over a month. A file with direct deposit should take 3 weeks at most. I can no longer recommend Jon and would advise you to go elsewhere. It's sad and disappointing. Update. The IRS got my return, processed it, sent it. Now they have it again. This only happens if the account nber was wrong. Also he has only 3 days to file a signed 8879. It took him over a month to file mine. Don't go here. He is either incompetent or criminal.
