I called and spoke to John about having my taxes done with Big Red Tax. When I went in to have him review everything and give me a cost, I told him that I would schedule the appointment when I'm ready. A week later I was ready. I called on a Saturday afternoon and asked if I could drop off my taxes and have them done. John said he'd probably have them done in an hour, but since I don't like to wait, I asked if I could drop everything off and pick them up on Tuesday. He said, "No problem". I came in on Tuesday, signed my tax forms, and he filed them immediately. Within 30 minutes, I got two emails confirming my taxes were received and accepted. I accept their honesty, fast, affordable and reliable service.

This is our second year coming to see Jon at Big Red ant to say he is friendly and accommodating would be an understatement. He takes his time and explains things as we are not accountants really about as far from it as you can get and we appreciate not feeling rushed and him answering all our questions. Jon is amazing! I moved here from NJ and I have had the same accountant for years. It has been a long distance relationship for a few years now. It is a very scary thing trying to find a new account.
