Mr.Coughlin was a lifesaver for my small business. I was in a terrible mess with my tax situation and he worked his professional magic and got it all straightened up and I am on solid ground today. We tried this for one year and will not be returning. Kelly stated he wanted to further review our past two years of tax returns done by our previous accountant as he claimed there was good deal of money and deductions that had been missed. He then stated a price of over $6000 two further review and resubmit our last two tax statements to the IRS for review and to cover the current year. Kelly said he was "fully confident" that we would be more than happy when we received our payment from the IRS. Kelly and his assistant were very convincing so we agreed and paid him upfront "big mistake". After a little over 3 months we received a denial letter from the IRS for both past years. I almost immediately called Kelly to see what was going on. He asked that I send him the denial letters so I did so. He stated "don't worry, we will handle this right away". About three months later we received a second denial letter. Come to find out one of statements was not filed in a timely manner and was now outside of the review period. It has now been over a year with seeing a dime. As of today we have not heard anything further from Kelly or the IRS... A couple of other people who we know that tried this company had a similar experience.
