NO COMMUNICATION!! Dropped off taxes in plenty of time to get done before being late. They filed an extension on my behalf causing me to have to pay more and I had to call them to find out. They told me it would take about a week to get my taxes done and then nothing for a month. Then when you call and ask for someone in charge no one is able to help you and if you ask for an appointment they dont have one available for over a month. Everyone just makes excuses and tries to pass the buck. No accountability. WORST PLACE EVER!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Filed our taxes incorrectly. Would not return phone calls. Was not able to meet with her until may 11 to correct problems. Very bad experience. Still not sure corrections have been made right. We filed our taxes in February.

Worst experience I have ever had. Called multiple times for help with issues and they have told me once filed there is nothing they can do. Mail box is full can’t reach anyone and I paid a good amount of money for my taxes to get denied due to their error on filling them.

Scheduled appointment online, for first time visit. Followed all the instructions provided, even scheduled over a week out to make sure I had everything ready. Luckily, I called the day before my scheduled appointment, because I was not on their internal schedule. The appointment was not accepted. It seems, scheduling online is not actually scheduling, and no one was going to call me and tell me the appointment I made was not accepted. I then rescheduled on the phone, and was told I needed to bring the actual social security card of all my family members with me to prove they live with me, and my husband's driver's license. None of these things are listed as the information I needed to bring with me on the website. (I thought my husband was supposed to have his license with him when he was driving, which would not be possible if I took it with me to the appointment) The girl that answered the phone really did not care that I was unhappy with her service. Really rubbed me the wrong way, and the sad part is they did not care in the least. I have heard great things about this office, so sad I will not get the chance to actually see what they can do for me.

Peggy was delightful and very knowledgeable! Comes with 30 yrs of hard work. Listened intently to everything on my list! SO Grateful to have honest, caring people in this cruel, cold world these days❣Recommended HIGHLY ☆☆☆☆☆
