The employees and the owner were very unpleasant. The owner was very rude and arrogant. I went for a well-known letter, but in exchange for fixing the details of the letter, I practically got rid of the place. I dont recommend it. The truth is, it was very unpleasant for me to visit that place. place has no education nor are they prepared to do that type of work

Dalia and her team are awesome. 1: Professional. 2: Prompt to get back regarding any questions their client has. 3: Maintains communication always. 4: Office is tidy and welcoming. They make taxes and accounting more palpable and help to solve problems. There has never been an instance where she and her team make me feel like we're doomed because of a poor decision we've made. They're very supportive and help solve any issues we have. I recommend Dalia and her team to all of my friends. Worth every penny when you can ensure it's getting done correctly and in a timely manner. If you're going to call an electrician to fix your panel, why not call an accountant to fix your taxes? If you're not the expert, hire one. 10/10 would recommend.

Came with the paperwork prepared for the taxes only to sit there for 25 minutes and get charged $360. Not sure how you justify charging $360 when you really didn't have to do anything
