Worse service ever!! Too expensive and very unprofessional!

Evítalo a toda costa! ¡Ten cuidado! Muy mal servicio al cliente, y poco profesional. ¡Están estafando a la gente con el dinero que tanto les costó ganar! El señor pelon trató de decirme que le tenia que pagar más de 400 dólares por un simple estimado que solo le tomó 10 minutos. ¡El tipo se enojó mucho cuando dije que queria ir a buscar otro presupuesto de otro lugar y se volvió loco y me miró maldiciendo! Me comenso a insultar. Insistió en que le debía dinero. ¡Pensó que nunca antes había echo impuestos o que no sé cómo funciona! Dijo que sus impuestos han sido echos. ¡Yo no había firmado nada y nunca lo autoricé a hacerlos! Dije que necesitaba un presupuesto. Le dije que volvería. Continuó maldiciéndome diciéndome . ¡Mantuve la compostura por que soy un hombre respetuso y no lo insulte de regreso, solo pedi mis documentos y me fui! ¡Es una pena que existan negocios como este en nuestro Condado! Vaya a declarar sus impuestos a otro lugar donde las personas respeten a las personas y donde sean profesionales. Aqui Leí solo 7 reseñas, ¡no es de extrañarse por qué! ¡No vayas aquí! Avoid at all cost! Beware! Very poor customer service, and super unprofessional. The are ripping people off they hard earned money! The bold headed tried to tell me that I had to pay him over 400 dollars for a simple estimate that it only took him 10 minutes. The guy got so mad when I stated that I would go get another estimate from another place. He got crazy and stared cursing at me! He insisted I owed money. He thought I never filed taxes before or that I dont know how it works! He said your taxes have been filed. I replied, You never asked me. I had not signed anything and never authorized you to filed them! I said when I came here i said I needed an estimate. I told him I would come back. He continued to cursing at me and yelling. I am a respectful man, I kept my composure and walked away! It is a shame that business like this exist in our County! Go file your taxes somewhere else! Go to to a business where people respect you, where they will no ty to ripped you off, and where they are professionals! Now i noticed that they only have 7 reviews, now I know why! Do not go here!!!

Fast, reliable, accurate, affordable, friendly and bilingual. We have been doing our taxes here going on three years now because of the friendly yet professional experiences we've had and now I refuse to go anywhere else!
