Dropped off 2/20 and still no refund. Office staff cant tell me anything. IRS is stating they have no refund to process. Negative Responsiveness

I’ve been taking my texts here for years and this year is the worst experience ever. No call backs- no response to emails- no timeline. They have had my tax paperwork since 3/1/21 and it’s 6/17!!! This is the worst customer service I professionalism experience and very stressful.

Have had my taxes 2 months and still not done. No call to let me know a delay. I've called three times and received no call back. I've been going here for 5 years now. Over today.

I've been going with them ever since I was 16. This year a receptionist I've never seen before flat out told me they aren't going to do my taxes because they don't think they have enough time. She admitted that they have until May 17th which is an extension of the normal April date, however, she flat out told me that they are not going to do my taxes. So I guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else from now on.
