April 5th I dropped off our taxes for the first time here and was at the end of the day, April 6th I got a phone call in the morning for a few questions and by April 8th our taxes were done and ready for signature’s👍 fees for their services were very reasonable considering the prices my wife was quoted from other places in town. We plan on going back next tax season

My Wife decided we should have our taxes done by these guys because they were supposed to be cheap and we could save a little money. What a mistake. We are now in 2021 and we still haven't gotten our federal tax return because of Buchheit tax service. First time we went in and brought all our paperwork and we were told we didn't need to turn in our health insurance stuff so we didn't. Get a letter from the IRS about 2 months later saying our taxes are being sent back because we didn't file our health insurance stuff. Called them up and the lady laughed said yah we've had a lot of people with this problem this year and was told I had to drive back in to give them the paperwork we had already tried to give them. Fast forward 3ish months after that get ANOTHER letter from the IRS saying our federal tax return amount isn't right so they need to adjust them. Long story short I will not have them do my taxes again because this is the worst experience i've had doing taxes. Its worth paying more to get it done right the first time.
