Stacy has done my taxes for several years, after being referred to her by a friend. She has a passion for making sure you understand the current laws and what is all needed to file. We have a true connection because of our mutual friend and that makes her service even more impeccable. Stacy also helped another friend of mine with several years worth of tax issues while putting them at ease with the way this friend felt about the overwhelming situation. I cannot thank Stacy enough for always having a smile on her face and being a pleasure to work with. The owner (Stacey) was very nice and prepared my taxes quickly she was very clear in my options and advise even made time after hours to get me in. . Really appreciated that as it was getting really close to the deadline. Thank you so much.

No one here is helpful. Woman owned but these are NOT women Id want to support. Looking at the responses left by the business to other reviews shows enough. Unprofessional Ended up going to Oretega Tax Services, they are amazing!

Owning your own business can be tough sometimes, add tax season to it and things can get frustrating. Working with the staff of Accurate Accounting LLC have given me a sense of relief knowing that my taxes are done the right way without any short cuts. Thanks to Stacy and Amanda for taking the time to explain things to me and taking away a little bit of the stress this time of the year. If you want your taxes, done right, this is the place to go. If you want to cheat the system, this is not the place to go.

Filing single for the first time in many years, and not having much knowledge on tax laws, Accurate Accounting was the place to be. Stacy patiently walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She and her team are professional and knowledgeable. Accurate Accounting is very thorough and accurate. Stacy knows current tax laws and if not she researches to find the best way to file our taxes. She always greets us with a smile. She does a great job. Not a rush job. She is worth the wait. Our turn around time was less than a week.

Stacy, the owner is extremely knowledgeable of the tax code. She will explain it to you in layman‘s terms, so you understand what actually is going on with your return. She’s professional, polite, courteous and respectful to you, and actually cares about her clients. I highly recommend her to anybody

Stacy unearthed mistakes from our previous firm, they were available to us to answer questions and completed our taxes in a timely manor. One of the representatives at this company is unprofessional, unaccommodating, and downright rude. I am appalled at the way she treated my mother-in-law who was figuring out her taxes as a single mother for the first time in 20 years. She has been filing her taxes with one of the other employees (who recently moved to this company) for 15 of those years, however that employee was unavailable. A different representative offered to “help” and proceeded to belittle her consistently throughout the appointment. If you are unable or unwilling to actually provide help, do not agree to do so. Offering up a piss poor attitude and a mean spirited affect is not only unprofessional, but unacceptable. Taxes can be very confusing, especially when someone is already experiencing numerous life changes. Employing people who cannot explain without belittling is a bad look for the company.

We have been woth Accurate Accounting since the day they opened. We have always had Stacy help us with our accounting because she is thorough with her work. She has had our accounting done on time, correctly and has been available to answer any immediate questions we may have. We would reccomend her to anyone who wants their services done truthfully and accurately.
