Like others have noted Tony is very rude and unprofessional. If your taxes are at all tricky he becomes frustrated and condescending, and speaks down to clients. We appreciate getting an appointment for the week prior to the deadline but Tony belittled us in two different appointments. It’s hard enough dealing with taxes but dealing with tax appointments with a newborn is overwhelming, Tony made it seem like we and our baby were annoying him. When we said we would go elsewhere he stated “good I’ve got enough to do”. I’ve never had such unprofessional service from any business.

Tony always has done my taxes and explains to me the things I dont understand...I never have to wait long and Im always done within 20 minutes...
