Titi was wonderful, she addressed all of our concerns and needs and made sure everything was correct. She was also very patient with us as we were new customers, very professional too!

I have called them multiple times and every time she promises to call back THIS EVENING to do the filing... and now only 4 days remain to the deadline... I might paid a bit of late filing charges to the IRS, that would be the price of learning the lesson... I am a long-time client and frankly I feel disgusted... Now I consider another and hopefully more professional preparer who respects clients and their times.
