CAVU HCM acquired a payroll company in Tallahassee, FL which was my payroll provider for years. After acquisition, customer service declined horribly under CAVU. They missed multiple payroll cycles for stupid reasons. Do you want angry employee? Dont pay them on time. Do you want employees to quit? Dont pay them on time, blame it on the payroll company (fact), and then dont change payroll companies after they do that multiple times... Sadly we had to change payroll companies, because of this very reason. Tired of defending a failing payroll company to my (rightfully) angry employees.

We use them for our payroll this team is awesome to work with very knowledgeable in all the areas, if they cannot tell you then they are back with in the next hour!

This company is amazing - so easy to work with. Log into their site, add your hours transfer the money and the our employee paychecks are directly deposited. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding payroll processing company. I email my payroll to them, they completely process it and pay all the taxes and submit all the quarterlies and annual reports, including local reports. I send it to them, and have it back within hours. Excellent customer service also!

Donkeys opened in 2019 but weve been with this company for probably 15 years, if not more! Weve tried, with our prior businesses, to do our own payroll, taxes, etc. and quickly learned that having a professional company do this portion was so worth it!!! Not only are taxes paid on time but its like having an extra set of eyes on your payroll! Any time that our rep sees anything out of the norm, she contacts me with questions - which is amazing!! She and I have chatted numerous times, even after hours, on things she thought was incorrect, which in the end, she saved Donkeys money by catching the mistake! We love the fact that we deal with the same staff which makes it personal and we know that were being taken good care of!

CAVU HCM has demonstrated nothing but top of the line professional service. Their interface is efficient and easy to use. Their customer service has always been stellar. Having a payroll company is very affordable and so-so convenient. Having a personal payroll specialist like mine is the icing on the cake. Kristen is super friendly, more than willing to help no matter how challenging the task. She is an all around happy person a breath of fresh. I really enjoy her.
