She is very professional, informative and knowledgeable about returns and trusts. I have been going to Total Income Tax for about the last 10 years. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This year, I was a walk-in client. I thought I might have to wait hours, but I only had to wait 15-20 minutes. Love coming here for my taxes.
