I can attest that the woman yelling at you was in fact not same woman who runs books work. I arrived for my appointment and upon my arrival a woman with the same description was leaving her place of business. As a small business owner I understand how devastating a bad review can be. I showed up to my appointment wearing a mask and received no such criticism or behavior. I simply wanted to share my far superior experience in regards to the business Books Work.

To the Bowman lady.. You must be mistaken for I know that lady(not blonde) an asking if people are cattle or sheep yes..but the obscenities i think not..she would not degrade herself in that manner...ARE you sure it wasn't being called to the carpet on being sheep an cattle that bothered you most?
