We are so Thankful to the Click and Mortar Accounting team; they are a fantastic firm to work with! 99% of our business is online through multiple channels including; Retail, Wholesale, Amazon, and Distributors across the country and around the world. For an E-Commerce business things can get complicated with sales tax issues, multiple sales channels, inventory, import/export, etc. The Click and Mortar team has been “dialed in” to all of our areas of business, including the rules and regulations for each individual state sales tax. They do continuous learning through their company and then share that knowledge with us, so that we know that we’re following the best and most current practices. In addition, The Click and Mortar team recently provided extensive detailed financial reporting as we transitioned from one bank to another with our business account, which is no simple task. We also appreciate the fact that they: • Document in writing all fees, services, & deadlines. They follow through and there have been no surprises in time lines or extra charges • Document bookkeeping processes, so that if there’s a change in personnel, vacation, or sick, the books can be completed and questions can be answered • Responsive! – whether by phone or email (they work when others aren’t) One very basic yet important aspect that my husband and I really appreciate about The Click and Mortar Accountants is their attitude. Their whole team is positive, responsive, and get the work done! Every time we get off a phone with them we’re so impressed because it’s a pleasure working with them! They either have the expertise in our E-Commerce areas that we need or they’ve done the research and figured it out.
