Keep calling and calling, about a bill I'm not aware of!

This rather skeevy business does not retain much professionalism. My payment didn't get taken out of my account for a few weeks since their "system was down", adding un-needed stress. I had to call back multiple times and certain times there was blaring music and gossip chatter in the background.

Paid in full with cash, they are extremely unprofessional and rude. Almost refused payment because they didn't like my tone. Beware when these clowns try to come after you.

If you pay with a card, they don't explain that there will be a 3% fee on it before hand. They tell you after they've already charged your card. Be aware.
