Total Tax has been a Godsend for me. I have been using Total Tax for years for business and personal tax work and they are, by far, the most experienced and well-connected tax firm in the Pacific Northwest. Other tax firms have taken weeks to semi-resolve tax matters and TotalTax handled the most complex issue -completely- in under 3 days. The "get it done" work ethic at Total Tax is a real blessing.

I reached out to Total Tax, Inc in April 2021 to assist me with a long overdue tax matter. It turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive made. Total Tax Inc. exceeded all my expectations and provided exemplary service from the initial phone call until my case was closed this month. PROS • The cost of service was both reasonable and affordable. They even offer payment plans if you cannot afford to pay the full amount upfront. • A team of people were assigned to my case, each handling a certain aspect, all the while creating a system of checks and balances that ensured every i was dotted and t crossed. • Communication was exceptional! Someone always answered the phone if I called during business hours. Thats pretty rare these days. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. More importantly, Total Tax Inc kept me informed on the status of my case every step of the way. I never had to call and ask for an update. • No judgment, just solutions! I was treated with dignity and respect by every person who worked on my case. Every member of the team was experienced, professional, compassionate, and results oriented. • My Total Tax Case Manager, Mark W., is a tax god who deserves a special shout out! I cant say enough good things about him. There are simply not enough superlatives. He made me feel as if I were his only client and worked tirelessly on my behalf. Exceeded my expectations! Very satisfied with their services.The staff and specially Mark Walstrom treated me professionally and compassionately through two year process due to COVID-19. When the smoke cleared Total tax is the winner when it came to solving my tax problems. They took a personal approach to my issues and got the job done.
