I was in a big trouble with the IRS (Back Taxes). I was consulting with 3 different tax professionals in my area to try to have them help me out with my tax issues. All of them refused to work with me, so I came across with Instant Tax Solutions on Google and decided to give it a shot by calling. I spoke with Avery, he was very professional over the phone and was reassuring me that he could help me out with my tax situation, i was so RELIEVED!. So I had my doubts. And believe me I am a very complicated person to work with. There have been very few times a company like ITS has ever come my way. Integrity and caring would describe just one part of this company. The other part is specialists. This industry has gotta be one of the most complicated there is. I highly recommend... Instant Tax Solutions. I was behind in my taxes . Years ..The State levied my paycheck .and they were starting to come down on me .. (my fault) Initially I called. few other Tax Attorneys and I felt "ehh " with those short phone conversations ...I contacted.. Instant Tax and I was introduced to the company and services by Glen . From the minute ..I started talking to him . I immediately.. felt a sense of relief ..So I signed the contract and they were off to the "races" went .Of course.. I didn't have half of what . I needed anymore .. They took care of gathering that information. They took care of everything They kept in touch .. Every interaction with their team. Just made me feel better about what this outcome would be .They did exactly what they said.. They were going to do and I'm proud to say ..After..Too many Years of unfiled returns... They just finished them .. The Greatest Part ...I only owed 4 dollars for 1 of those years and I'm getting sizable refunds from the state and federal for those other years .. Lana is the best she really was the one that put in all the work and dealt with the headache of trying to get ahold of the IRS on the phone to get everything resolved for me. Instant tax went above and beyond to not only help me with the federal stuff but also state. They got me back on track and in good standings. For my line of work and working in different states all around the US that is no easy task. They handled everything for me I highly recommend using them to anyone who is trying to get any tax issues resolved.

Instant Tax solutions helped me. I had a nightmare tax problem. I didn't file for three years while my mother was dying of Alzheimer's, my apartment got bed bugs and lost a job, so when i got on my feet and the IRS came calling i hired Rick & Eric and it was the right choice. First, they worked with me via payment, then after i had paid they didn't forget about me as my IRS issue took almost a year and a half to get sorted out and resolved. I got audited during the process and they helped and got the unavoidable "payment arrangement" down as low as possible, so i can live my life with honesty and dignity knowing i did what i had to to help my mom when she needed me and to honor my tax debt to my country.
