Related directly to Katherine Mcyntire… What a displeasure it was to work with someone this incompetent. They seem to have been contracted out to handle a friend of mines business account and taxes. My investment was due to be reimbursed in August. Come September I finally hear from Kat and send her the info for an ach transfer. She sent a wire transfer.?.?.? She blamed me for sending the wrong info. So I sent her the wire transfer routing number instead. It takes weeks and she tries to send me an ach. Obviously it didn’t work. She tells me she thought it was a new account number I wanted the money sent to and will fix it asap. 2 weeks later I’ve heard nothing from Her and she is actively ignoring me after I’ve waited 3 months to receive several thousand dollars. The email thread is over 25 emails long. She never called back once. I’ve never spoken to an accountant this stupid let alone a cpa. I’m still waiting for my 1000s of dollars to the point where my friend is firing the company and handling it all himself. Photos attached for a timeline!

I had a terrible experience with this company they dropped the ball with my tax return not only did they never did a revise but completely forgot about it for almost 4 mnths then I received a phone call informing me that they had misplaced my tax file and will do it . They fixed it and charged me another 175.00 . I will never go to them nor refer them to anyone . Oh apparently the man who did my taxes was a total idiot and was let go .

At first I thought he was overcharging me but after I compare prices. Seems that he gave me a fair price. He was highly recommended for a few Daycare providers. I decide to go with him and I am happy I did. I highly recommend as well.

I've had the best experience with Thacher CPA and love being able to trust Erick and his team with our finances. If you are a small business owner DO NOT use this company. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to walk you through the process of running a company from the financial side. There are plenty of other PA's in the area that would be more than willing to work with you. STAY AWAY!
