It has been an amazingly smooth ride with DoneForYouTax so far. Every single time we received answers within 24 hours. Excellent personal service with both our dedicated bookkeeper and if we were stuck, with a dedicated CPA, again within 24 hours, often even on weekends. We value their commitment. The customer service was fantastic from the second of signing and moving forward. I had immediate access to my CPA and my back yearly business tax preparation was done within days of signing.… So far so good, these guys are great and very affordable.
