I came to Janeen (Business Accounting & Tax Professionals, Inc.), couple years ago with two detailed corporate and individual tax issues and was really pleased by the immediate interview I had w both Janeen and her partner Patrice. It was such a relief the immediate grasp they both had around my situation. They prepared the special forms, and have managed my everyday account with courtesy and genuine care ever since. And they’re super-efficient with communications, I get calls back right away, and reminders of next stages for getting stuff done, and we use electronic documents and secure cloud file sharing very efficiently.
